Hence it seems that the CM15a and the device module are all working fine so I think I am missing something within Homeseer - I've downloaded and installed the ActiveHome Scripting SDK from X10Shop and the CM15a Plug in. In addition if I run ActiveHome and change the status of the device via the ActiveHome interface the device responds. The CM15a (and device) both respond when I use an RF device (HR10 Remote Control) to turn them on and off (and I can see the X10 signals on the power line when I use the HR10).
